Welcome to the innoSoul WebSphere Innovation Center focusing on Business Integration using the enterprise application integration middleware offerings of the IBM WebSphere Family of Products.

Our Innovation Center focuses on the core competencies of Business Integration, Process Management, Process Analysis, Portal and Collaborative offerings, Messaging and Message Brokering, Message Transformation and intersystem business connectivity. Some of the products featured at our Innovation Center include the following:

innoSoul is has a highly successful track record of customer engagements. innoSoul has been an authorized Business Partner and represents host of IBM enterprise customers. Throughout our engagements we provide project management, technical consulting and business integration services to many of these customers. Many of our customers are challenged with the problems of Business Integration, Process Management, Enterprise Application Integration, and Performance Management and realize that software alone does not address all of these issues. innoSoul has worked to develop and announce the opening of this center of competence as a marriage of innoSoul's technical competencies and IBM's industry leading software offerings.

Because the world of Business Integration involves processes, messages, transactions, user interactions, and communications with many different devices. It is essential that the toolset selected to meet these requirements be able to be efficiently deployed, highly scalable, standards-based and easily customized. The goal of our Innovation Center is to assist customers with understanding the capabilities of the IBM toolsets and software offerings and to assist you with the mapping of these capabilities to your business needs. Our approach is focused on you the customer and your business. The innoSoul Innovation Center provides the following services and capabilities centered on enabling customers to select and better use IBM WebSphere products in your environment.

Our offerings provided includes the following:

Executive Product Briefings

 We provide a comprehensive, up-to-date set of one- or two-day briefings focused on each of the WebSphere products featured in this center. This includes the latest information on IBM Business Integration strategies, product announcements, customer and industry best practices for Business Integration and other related topics. These briefings are held in our state-of-the-art presentation facility and provide for group and/or one-on-one sessions. Access to all of the feature products is available as well as all of the latest IBM product presentations. We also feature complimentary offerings from innoSoul and sample demonstrations and work product samples from a multitude of successful engagements. Groups of up to (20) can be accommodated at any given session.

Technical Product Briefings

 Our technical briefings include presentations by one to many of our highly qualified and certified staff members. These technical sessions are focused on groups of (5) to (12) and are outfitted with running versions of the featured software products. Technical personnel receive formal, up-to-date technical presentations combined with focused hands-on activities. These sessions can be delivered in a group setting or involve breakout sessions based on a specific customer interest. The agenda for these sessions is relatively informal and customized to the needs of the customer. Prior to each session a innoSoul specialist works closely with the customer to develop an agenda best suited to meet individual needs.
Fee Based Mentoring Activities
 
In addition to all of the above mentioned more formalized programs offered at the innoSoul Innovation Center, we provide fee-based mentoring activities for qualified customers. Each of these services engagements leverages the software and hardware installed in the Innovation Center to allow trained and certified innoSoul professionals to work with our customers in an effort to quickly develop the skills necessary to efficiently use the featured WebSphere offerings. These sessions are not intended to be a replacement for formalized training programs offered by IBM and innoSoul but as a supplement to these offerings to further refine skills developed through training or actual development and implementation experience. Applicants are pre-qualified for this fee-based service. Specific experience and technical proficiency is required to most effectively use this service.

Proof of Concept Development

 

Another Innovation Center offering is a collaborative process that provides for the development of customer Proof of Concepts related to one or more of the featured product offerings. Many customers have a need to evaluate specific product capabilities prior to the selection of a product or offering. We supply highly trained and certified business integration specialists and process experts to develop targeted, scenario based, proof of concepts. These services are offered on a fee and non-fee basis. Our goal is to leverage the numerous customer engagements and best practices to shorten the software selection and implementation process in a way as to more efficiently realize business benefit. These POCs are based on live, running software and leverage our multi-platform server and network operating environments. Solutions can be deployed on IBM Z-Series, I-Series, E-Series servers as well as Intel and Sun operating environments.
 
Business Integration Scenario Demonstrations
 
Throughout innoSoul's evolution and successful implementation heritage we have developed many demonstration scenarios, proof of concepts and specialized sales and marketing tools for use by both our staff and clients. Our Innovation Center is outfitted with a menu of business integration scenarios demonstrations that can be viewed or easily customized to customer requirements. By actually seeing and experiencing work that was developed for compatible organizations, we attempt to facilitate the decision making process and more clearly identify the specific success factors for your business scenario. We also can take you through the entire process from process discovery and modeling to development and implementation and can communicate industry best practices as related to this process. Prior to this session one of our sales specialist will work with you to understand your requirements and craft an agenda most appropriate for your organization.
